Refund and Return Policy

At ReniStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@renistore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and labels.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@renistore.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and ensure you're fully satisfied with your order.

Customized or Personalized Products:

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged. These products are made specifically for you, so we can't accept returns unless there is a problem with the item itself. For inquiries about customized products, please contact us at support@renistore.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged due to our error. We do not offer exchanges for items in different sizes, colors, or brands.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@renistore.com.
